1. General Policy
All requests for refunds or returns must be made within 7 days of purchase or service delivery.
Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required for all claims.
Refunds and returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
2. Products (Hardware & Software Sales)
Eligible for Return/Exchange:
Products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories.
Not Eligible for Return/Refund:
Software licenses or digital products that have been activated or downloaded.
Hardware damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.
Clearance, promotional, or custom-order items.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
For exchanges, replacement items will be provided subject to stock availability.
3. Services (Programming, Repair, Maintenance)
Service fees are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
If a service is not delivered as agreed, clients may request a partial refund or credit towards future services.
Any disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair resolution.
